A tomato ketchup plant is an integrated industrial system, usually constructed from stainless steel (SS304/SS316), designed to convert fresh tomatoes into processed ketchup, puree, or sauce. The plant performs automated washing, sorting, pulping, homogenizing, vacuum evaporation/cooking, and packaging into bottles, pouches, or jars.
